The Uganda Woodball Federation will have its 13th  Annual Congress on Saturday, January 30, 2021 starting at 09:00 am ending at 01:00 pm, UWbF Headquarters, Plot 264 Block 10 Balintuma Road.
The meeting will consider the following agenda:

1. Communication from the Chairperson and reactions
2. Consider minutes of the 12th Annual Congress and Action Report
3. Consider Executive report for 2020 and matters arising
4. Consider accounts for 2020 and budget estimates for the financial year 2021
5. Receive and approve Activity Calendar for 2021
6. Election of the new UWbF Executive Committee

This communication therefore invites you to congress as per the agenda. Kindly confirm your attendance in writing by highlighting the two delegates that will represent your club and who will be the voting delegate by 15th January 2021. Also ensure that club is fully paid up a week before the congress.

Please take note of the following:

• Attendance of the Annual General Assembly (unless otherwise communicated) will be physical in nature at the federation offices along Balintuma road.
• Only fully paid up members of UWbF will be considered. Members should endeavour to meet their obligations not later than two weeks to the congress and in this case 16th January 2021.
• Each fully paid member club should confirm two delegates in writing to the federation secretariat. The member club should clearly state the voting delegate to congress.
• Documentation to the congress will be shared with the confirmed members two weeks to the congress.
• Appointment letters have been issued to the Electoral committee and the electoral process will start off effectively 1st January 2021 as per the constitution. Member are free to pick nomination forms from the Federation secretariat with effect from 7th January 2021.
• Kindly note that nominations will close on 16th January 2021 and official communication on the successful nominees shall be displayed by the Electoral committee.
• A copy of the Uganda Woodball Federation Constitution is hereby attached for you reference.
